Woman in an Ape Suit
It takes a lot of confidence in your sexy image to start your number in an ape suit.Forgotten and Unseen Electronics Part 17
In May a new watch made by Diesel came out. It was a faceless watch that could still time. You had to look at the side of it. You can buy one here:http://www.amazon.com/dp/B001RMD2VE?tag=craziestgcom-20&camp=213381&creative=390973&linkCode=as4&creativeASIN=B001RMD2VE&adid=1FS0SFREREJPFH811GEK&

These e-cards are worth reading
With a motto like "When you care enough to hit send", the company "someecards" has some of the most clever electronic cards you'll find. There's bound to be one someone you know needs to see. There are more than 30 categories; I especially like the confession and flirting e-cards.Here are a couple of workplace cards:

Some are NSFW (not the pictures) since they are mostly innocuous. Read the captions for the real entertainment.

No Good Deed Goes Unpunished
So an Israeli woman buys her mother a new mattress as a suprise. What a wonderful daughter, right? She then throws out the old matress only to discover that her elderly mother was using it as a piggy bank. Mom's life savings, one million dollars, was inside the old mattress. I guess that's why it was so lumpy. As the trash had already been taken away, the saga continues with the family digging in several landfills. [From The Saturday Evening Post for April 29 1950. Two scans, top and bottom.]
This campaign uses what I like to call "the artificial linkage" method. You take something natural and inevitable and try to tie your product to it. In this case, the entire grand eternal season of Spring means nothing more than digging out your paintbrush and ladders and tackling your peeling house.
You gotta love the name of the paint, though: "Barreled Sunlight."

Fans of Star Trek will like this one. A few months ago a company named Cherry made a Klingon keyboard. All the keys are written in the klingon language but it still types in English. You can buy one here:http://www.cherrykeyboardsrus.co.uk/Klingon+Language-Details.htm

Missed Moon Shot 1965
We'll be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing next month, but we need to remember the feat was no easy task. On this day, June 11th in 1965 the Luna 6 passed the moon after a failed course correction on the 9th of June. Four years later, humans walked on the moon. Here's a picture of Luna 6.

I can't wait for the fake moon landing posts to start popping up. Check them out on YouTube.
