Thomas Alan Heugel, 56, of Sparta, Michigan was running a business out of his home. Not usually a problem, but Mr. Heugel was passing himself off as Dr. Heugel and doing circumcisions. Yes, he was doing home circumcisions as well as peircings and massages. Jeff Foxworthy once remarked about there being some things you just shouldn't look for a bargain on I think this qualifies.

In Sweden a couple of cops thought it would be funny to rub their penises on the steering wheel, gear shift, radio, and other surfaces in a cruiser that a female co-worker drives. Then an hour into her shift they called her and told her they did it. To be fair, this particular practical joke is apparently so popular over there that it has it's own name, ollning or 'bell ending'. They probably shouldn't have blogged about it though.

And in California a 17 year old showed up at the hospital with a gun shot wound. He shot himself in the testicles, then got rid of the gun before going for help. He's not being cooperative with the police, but I guess he does have a reason to be in a bad mood.
