That's the alternate reality that would have happened in a true market-driven airline industry, before the airlines all got to sucking on the teat of government subsidies.

The in-flight pictures look just like the Twilight Zone episode of the plane that got lost in time over NY City. They're probably still up there.

Mouse: erm... you sure? You really, really sure? Only, the most luxurious airlines are ones like Singapore and Etihad, sponsored by rich governments, while the true, very market-driven industry has given us beauties like Ryanair and EasyJet, which at one point was planning to introduce a charge for the in-flight toilet.
