1969 ad campaign for Tab.

Other possibilities they might have gone with: Be a brain-adhesive. Be a thought-glue.

'Mindsticker' seems like a bad translation for 'brain parasite.'

Or is it related to facehuggers?

The best way to stick in his mind is to do exhilarating things with him, that way, you'll remind him of exhilarating times.

When I worked fast food as a teenager I always loved it went people would use a Tab to counter the other choice .. i.e. I'll have a banana split with extra fudge and a Tab (when I worked at a Dairy Queen).

The association that brain sticker brought to my alleged mind was airplane glue -- a favorite among those who couldn't afford Sterno.

Quite a few cuts below bum wine.

Be Elmer's Cerebellum!

Also, have a guy twice your age deepen his forehead wrinkles while obsessing about you. Seriously, Mr Creepy there looks like he's thinking "handcuffs and a duct tape gag, that'll stick her!"

The guy in the top ad looks like he could be a member of the Kennedy clan. If so, good luck being the only woman in his mind.

Technique will mind-stick much better than shape, every time. Plenty of "How To" videos are now available on the web.

If Tab and using a similar type of advertising today, would they say "be a brain Post-It note"? Or maybe a "be a brain pop-up ad"?
