A small correction: this song is not from the 70's. It was released in 1991.

The hairstyle and racerback top on "Lust" is what clued me in. That's more of a post-Valley Girl look.

Alas, Frank, I should have documented my proof better. The song and the ad are indeed from 1974, as attested to by this entry in the WHAT'S PLAYING column of BILLBOARD.

Hard to argue with facts, Paul. But I think I know where the confusion arises from. Smith released this song on his "Country Bumpkin" album in 1974. https://www.discogs.com/Cal-Smith-Country-Bumpkin/release/4128012
But his 1991 album "The Lord Knows I'm Drinking" (the tile track was a big hit for Smith in 1972) also included this song. https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/the-lord-knows-im-drinking/id290705047
Is the photo above perhaps related to that release?

Thanks, Frank! No, that ad foto also came from 1974 BILLBOARD, I was just to lazy to re-find it, and settled on the simple song citation.
