Saw this one in the S.F. Gate earlier today. The story was a little confusing as reported there - but it boils down to "He Said, She Said."

He said: The driver was attempting to pluck a ticket off of a vehicle (not hers) and place it on her car in an attempt to park in the area and not be cited. (A ticketed car will not receive a second ticket that day.)

She said: He came up to the car and attempted sexual harassment. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

She comes across as a stuck-up, self entitled boor.

For those of you who have never driven a car in San Francisco, parking a vehicle on the street is like winning the lottery top prize, only with greater odds against it. Traffic wardens do a good job of keeping traffic flowing on the streets by aggressively ticketing offenders. Any time I went to visit the city I would park at a BART station and use public transport. Much easier and worry free.

It was broad daylight, if she was fearful of the officer she could have locked herself in the car and called 911. If she did stop several times and he remained on the car he's an idiot too because he had her identity with the plate number. It makes you weep for the sharp drop in intelligence we are suffering here in the states.

Gee Patty, I had the same thought! 😊
Also thought that if I were the parking enforcement Ofc. there would be ALOT more damage to any car that tried to run me down!

That's one, seriously, ugly meter-maid.

Sounds like a black barney fife got overzealous writing his ticket, she tried to drive off, and he decided he was no ordinary meter maid (who might just send her ticket in the mail), but mel gibson shooting leathal weapon 6. It's a new action packed thriller where he takes down a dangerous cambodian parking crime ring.
