Walter also has an outstanding warrant for assault in King County, Washington for gluing someones hair there as well. Hey, he crossed state lines maybe they should call in the FBI. man, i would be so very pissed. when i was in high school a kid that sat behind me in health class broke a cigarette up in my hair and that pissed me off enough. this walter guy is a total douche!

That is just total assholish behavior. My buddies and I ocassionally like to play practical jokes and such on each other, but this is just stupid and priggish.
