NO ~ I went to the movie site IMBD and one reviewer said "What biker film is rated PG13"!

I watched this years ago..it's in the same vein as Billy Jack (which I actually enjoy quite a bit), or perhaps the Billy Jack prequel of Born Losers. It's actually reasonably good.

@Tyrusguy. As a long time motorcycle rider, the cycle has some advantages in running away. Two main ones are tight clearances and goat trails.We never see these simple facts in the movies though.

I do know one guy who evaded the cops by hiding his cycle in a slough. NOT planned. It was night and he lost control on a curve. 😊
