I am reminded of Rat, from the comic strip Pearls Before Swine by Stephan Pastis, when he set up a booth offering Scorn. Pig set up a booth behind Rat's offering Acceptance and was giving away hugs. Pig's booth had a line a mile long. We need more Pigs in the world.

I thought that was the guy from Mediocre Films. They're pretty funny. In one clip, he goes to a pizza place an orders a pizza delivered from another place.

They also have an ongoing series called Retarded Policeman, which stars this guy with Downs' Syndrome. Check 'em out on YouTube.
