From what is left, cut off the legs and you have a thong ($849). Cut the legs about 3" below the knee for leggings ($405). The bottoms are anklets ($295).

Maybe I hang out in the wrong forums, but I'm constantly seeing complaints about the lack of usable pockets in women's clothes. In jeans, they aren't deep enough to hold a penny. On jackets, they're just trim with no opening at all.
Women could wear this as a very upscale, shabby-chic tool belt.
At least it's better than a fanny pack!

Of course it's not been cut from a whole pair of jeans. They can make marginally more money off fools by cutting it off from a pair of denim short-shorts and save some material.
