I don't know if it would be considered designer, but some time ago, while searching for Wisconsin Badgers items at Amazon, I came across Wisconsin Badger logo duct tape (current price: $8.99). There are a few dozen other schools available for this item.

A local brewery and a football team have an advertising agreement. When you buy a 24 pack of beer it sometimes comes with a flag or T shirt. Their best offering was a roll of duct tape and bumper sticker.

Although the picture shows a roll of duct tape (complete with cardboard core), the title of the listing indicates that it's a belt made of duct tape. So it's not quite fair to compare it to a roll of duct tape from Home Depot. It's more like this $8 belt made of duct tape and pull tabs on Etsy.com:
