definitely news that sounds like a joke. i know this isn't brand new, but its the first time i realized it wasn't a joke and googled the site. who would really do this?

This has to be a joke. Even the testimonials sound fake. Now, what I'd like to see on that site is a link to the lawyers who are willing to sue the manufacturer when you go blind from following their simple, 4 step procedure (don't blink!). Some things were not meant to be done cheaply, at home!

Not that I wear skirts but it seems to me that someone is attempting to blow smoke up it anyhow.

BTW, that centrally located fix-er-upper here in Athens is still up for grabs! Roof leaks a bit but, hay! the view is to die for.
