Evian Water Bra

Brand-Extension Failure: Evian released a "water bra" in 2005, apparently because they thought their association with bottled water could persuade women to buy water-filled bras. The idea was that water-filled bras would be cooling. As far as I can tell, the product was discontinued soon after being introduced.

I suppose one wouldn't want to wear that outside on a very cold day.

I don't know how long ago (1970s? 1990s?) I saw advertisements for bras with built-in chambers for holding wine/liquor so you could get your beverages past gate guards at sporting events. I wondered about the effect of entering as a 42D and leaving looking like a 34B.

I wonder if it had little recesses for when the wearer's nipples grow.

What movie was it where 2 gun barrels suddenly popped out of a woman's bra, shooting. Explosively funny.

@Virtual -- If it was played for laughs, it might have been one of the Austin Powers movies. I can't say specifically which one because I don't watch such things (I simply can't stand Mike Myers).

I don't remember how Sofia's bra in "Machete Kills" (2013) was revealed, but I doubt it was amusing.

Over the years, there have been a number of movies with such weapons, but one other thing they share is how not-memorable they are. I'm afraid I wouldn't even know how to begin searching for it, and I'm even more afraid of what I might accidentally come across.

Sounds to me like some marketing guy just wanted to see a bunch of women in bras…

Agreed, Phideaux, since I don't remember anything else about that movie or which one it was. I don't think it was porn, but it could fit in there.
