The news article was amusing if only because the court also found him "guilty of being a habitual criminal". I would that with five convictions, being a habitual criminal was foregone conclusion, no?
Why, why, why??!! Why do the people who steal cellphones always take a photo of themselves? I am sure the camera function was rendered inoperable after he pointed and snapped his ugly mug onto the memory card!
