Strangle, break his neck-- it's generally quite humane. I think Texas is looking to use this as their new preferred method of execution (though, I'm sure they'd prefer a firing squad).

Who is in charge? With the exception of the guy with 2 chevrons on his sleeve, they all look like they could be next in the chair.

it seems to me that the guy turning the lever is the one in charge, or at least the one with the power. it certainly doesn't look humane to me.
