Grass Eyelashes

Created by artist Mary Graham in an attempt to create a genuinely 100% natural cosmetics product. She writes: "Everything I used was created by nature. Eggs and snow formed the glue to attach the eyelashes to the eyelid. Scavenged foliage from a local forest was used to create the lashes. Each eyelash took about an hour to make demonstrating it is time-consuming to craft completely natural outcomes."

Seems to me to have demonstrated the absurdity some dingbats will go to feign tree-huggyness.

Anyhow, was some EPA weenie there to ensure that she only stripped pine needles from willing trees that were able to sustain the loss with no deleterious side effects?

Grass? Look more like needles from an evergreen of some sort to me...

Where would you find the tiny lawnmower to keep those in trim? Or could you just use a little Weed-Whacker?

Pine needles near the eyes what a great idea.

"Eggs and snow formed the glue to attach the eyelashes to the eyelid. Scavenged foliage from a local forest was used to create the lashes."
And a ton of foundation makeup to (nearly) hide how red and irritated the eyelids are.
(And keeping the eyes closed to hide how red they were.)

Should have made the glue out of pine sap. Why bring dairy into the mix.
