Harmless

"The story is about a husband and father and his battle with pornography. Actual home movies and interviews tell the story of the terror the family faces when a box of pornography is opened and something is unleashed."

Backed by a religious group. Surprised?

And if you haven't guessed, despite the subject matter, it's Safe For Virginal Eyes.

Men ogling naked women is a new phenomenon! We've got to stomp it out or the whole human race will disintegrate. (That is if global warming doesn't get us in the next 229 days.)

After seeing that trailer, I need a change of mood. Maybe I should look up some porn.

How ridiculous. And we wonder why these ultra religious groups often end up forming those survivalist militia groups. They are just wound WAAAY too tight.

Ha! The ad that pops up on the right is for a singles dating service! I wonder if they pop up on anti-smut sites.

No way am I going to risk clicking on the video. I don't want the two groups fighting it out on my screen.

I wonder if they told that kid about the subject matter of the movie he was in? If so they probably did it in a manner so vague that the kid is now seeking out porn 24/7.

Also this video completely fails to address the fact that the one box full of porn that is easiest to get into is a PC. (Macs are PCs too. Despite popular belief Macs are not immune to the perno)

Lastly, I should state that scare tactics have no effect on my raging libido. In fact, I felt like asking hair-in-the-face girl "how much?" when she popped up on the passenger side like that.

I wonder if the hair-in-the-face girl was their idea of portaying a lesbian.

Porn is good right? I mean it helps families doesn't it? Its good for society, isn't it? It portrays women in a good light doesn't it? It helps young men get a realistic sexual education, right? Nothing wrong with that is there?

To the above correspondent: Yes. Families, no, but couples, very often. Quite frequently, yes as there is a lot of female domination of males in porn. Depending on the kind of porn they watch, possibly, if their parents don't have a healthy approach to their own sex lives.

Much like alcoholism, and other addictions, there are people who can control themselves and there are those who are so out of control, they need to take temptation away from *everybody* in order that they don't slide downhill themselves. . .

even Christianity can be seen as an unhealthy addiction as well - certainly, there are a lot of 'pushers' who try and recruit peopel against their will.
