I don't understand?!? This guy (obviously guilty) was near a stable with, presumably, several horses lodged there in that was owned/operated by a cop-shop. How come he wasn't shot and trampled while attempting to escape custody and only given a slap on the wrist?

This is a joke. He is not guilty. For all we know the little girl could have family problems at home and is looking to cause problems for others. I think we should all look into Jessica's upbringing and her relationship with her father. The evidence will prove itself in a court of law. He is innocent until a court of law says otherwise.

I was there! The guy is a creep. Jessica is blameless! She was scared and confused. The place is a county owned facility. The police are just boarders like the rest of us. Jessica was lucky that they were on the premisses when she was IN DANGER! Does behavior have to escalate to the point of completed abuse or murder for a perpetrator to be "guilty". It certainly was being set into motion. Again, that God for her rescue by the MVPD!!!!
