That wagon completely filled with the shortwave radio reminds me of the speakers that fill the trunks of some cars I see.

And nobody beat her up and stole her radio back then either. Dad shoulda patented the idea for the baby monitor prototype, he'd have been rich!

I love those old radio stories and I bet no one sent a virus or phishing email to that ham radio either. Americans sure seems to be great inventors in those days. Do Americans invent anything anymore or come up with huge ideas like they did in those days.
