My two best guesses were a circular harp or a tubular loom. (I think I was leaning towards tubular loom because of the way it sounds.)

I actually guessed 'harp' and was correct for once. I blaim this on the fact that I did not have my first cup of coffee. My brain and eyes were still asleep. 😊
