Paul -- Then you're far braver than I! My first impression was: 'Rotary Vomit Spreader.' Then I thought about how my middle-age-paunch would unbalance me, leading to wild gyrations, probably breaking windows (and legs).

How about a contest -- after doing it for a minute, the winner is the person who can walk the straightest line. TV rights to that would be worth a fortune!

There might be an idea in there. To make it watchable, the TV show would need to add other torture devices and old medical equipment. The contestants shall do each one in turn, and the one that supports the most contraptions and is still able to perform the various tests in between (walking straight, answering simple math questions, reciting a poem by heart) would win! That would be very popular in Japan!
