I'm guessing it's a list of a day's afflictions from the ER at Edwards AF Base (due to the next-to-last item), or wherever the Russian space program's equivalent is.)

My guess was the similar to Virtual's, except for the Edwards AFB qualifier. I'm sure crazy people have made crazy claims about the cause of their (perceived) emergency illness.
