No Butt Clenching During Traffic Stops

Never run a stop sign in New Mexico, but if you do, DO NOT clench you butt cheeks during the traffic stop. David Eckert made those mistakes and paid dearly for them. Officers secured a search warrant for an anal cavity search with the clenching cited as probable cause. The doctor at the hospital in the city and county where the warrant was issued declined to do the procedure. So police transported Eckert to a hospital in a different city and county where doctors agreed to do it. The man was forced to endure 2 digital rectal exams, 2 x-rays, 3 enemas and a colonoscopy. The enemas were witnessed by police as well as hospital personnel and the stool was also searched. None of these invasive procedures produced any illegal substances of any kind and the last of the ordeal took place well past the time limit of the warrant. Lawsuits all around!

The guy got three free enemas and a free colonscopy. Talk about an ingrate.

Be very careful around stop signs in New Mexico is you don't want to get gang probed.

Follow the link and watch the video! The last few seconds just puts the icing on the cake.

Patty, if that dude doesn't own the whole town by the time it's done I'd be surprised.

Just think if drugs were not illegal, then the police could be out their solving actual crimes.

Malicious butt clenching is A REAL THREAT now-a-days.

Funny that right next to the headline for this story is a banner ad for "Brazilian Butt lifts"
I hope the police in that town have to pay him a huge amount of money because that's the only thing that makes them change this sort of policy. I've heard people say that the cops were up their ass, But this is crazy!! :ahhh:

No! No! Those are not humans. It is well documented that New Mexico is infested with extraterrestrials and this bunch made a huge mistake and did their anal probing where it could be seen by other humans.

@Me ... I'm a reserve deputy sheriff ... will remember that comment

I have no words... These people are out of control. The guy failed to come to a full stop at a stop sign and for all intents and purposes he was repeatedly RAPED for it.

I don't actually see a video on that page, but I have to ask... What colour is his skin?

It also look like a nearly-identical incident occurred in December 2012.

Both due to the dubious alerts from an uncertified drug dog.

Anything for a conviction aye fellas?

@ ME, Both of your comments were removed. You may not threaten your fellow WUvians! Nor may you wish Death upon them! :coolmad:
BTW If the police in your area are that bad maybe you should get involved with your citizen review board, If your town doesn't have one sounds like they should!

Thank you Ty, I let the first one ride as offensive as it was but the second one was completely intolerable. You do a great job helping POLICE the site and it is greatly appreciated! 💋

...guess again - the hospital sent him the bill and is insisting that he pay it

I do not see where he received a bill for the proceedures. The lawsuit is against the hospital and police agencies et all for performing them.
