While trying to find the bicycle ad (why a girl's bike in a boy's mag?) I spotted no less than 3 other rifle ads. A much better time to be a boy.

I see not only a number of adverts for real firearms, but the back page ad is for a Red Ryder Daisy Carbine action 1000 shot air rifle!

I remember getting a bolt action .22 rifle when I was twelve. My dad bought himself a single barrel 12 gauge shotgun for deer hunting. Both came from good ole' Sears Roebuck.

P.S. Keep working on those arabic writing lessons Expat. It looks like you pretty much have it nailed down now. :lol:
