Guess what retail giant was caught with a surveillance camera in a public restroom. A Pennsylvania location of a large chain retailer was busted by employees who discovered a video camera in a unisex public restroom used by both staff and customers. The answer and link are both in extended. It was a PA Walmart! Just think about the People of Walmart site, but with partial nudity.
