Proscribed Images of the USofA

The clip in the extended portion contains images of items (one in particular) that the US courts have found to be offensive. There are also some words that have been banned in US courts so, please, watch the clip at your own risk and have a mind as to who may be watching over your shoulder or who may be offended if your sound level is too high. HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMERICA!

Thanks a lot guy, I just got arrested by the PC police for watching that. How dare you post a video that contains everything this country used to stand for before the demolib supreme court struck them down. </sarcasm>

Happy 4th to all my fellow WUvies.

Maybe I should have put mocked up images of unhealthy people on the packaging. I could even hire an actor to play the part of a dead guy all in the hopes of <strike>CREATING MORE TAX REVENUE</strike> warning off children from the evils.

Oh.. wait... that's BIG BROTHER's next ineffectual move "against" tobacco.

@porkfish

There are three owners of the site and a small cadre of members of the site with posting privileges. The only advertising revenue the site gets is from the ads that are clearly displayed as such. No one pays us anything to post items we find interesting. If you were to examine posts from far enough back you would most likely find posts the Mormon's would pay us not to put on the site. We are equal opportunity dis-respecter's and will skewer anybody or anything that catches our eye.

I would like to add that the owners don't necessarily receive any compensation at all from the ads. If this site works like my personal site the ads are placed by the hosting company as a requirement to get your site hosted without cost.

Equal opportunity does not necessarily mean equal action. But you are right, we are definitely "bent".

I'm not bent, I'm twisted. :cheese: Nice clip.

Yo! Did someone actually accuse me of being in some religion's camp? Seriously?

@PorkFish
I posted this particular clip, which happened to be by the Mormon Choir, because the song was beautifully sung and the imaging was great. And because the Governor of Utah is sending me and y 4 wives a new stove and refrigerator next week!

You don't know how close you are to the truth!

Hi Geack & Welcome,

You need to take what most of us say around here with a grain of salt but, hay, jump right in and sound off. All are welcome to opine in which ever way floats their boat.

The seperation of church and state was actually put in the constitution so that the US didn't declare an official church (i.e. Church of England). It's amazing how twisted it's become. I guess the story changes after 200+ years.

Well then, Alan, you must not be a left-wing, politically correct, liberal.
