I can agree with you Maxx but here we have a case of some guy simply wanting his 50% as is due by CA. law! The fact that she was just a common-law wife may be in dispute however.

I think if you pay for implants you have to deal with the fact that there is a very real possibility that someone else will be handling the fruits of your labor at some point....
