Road Kill It’s What’s For Dinner

Montana has legalized taking road kill for food. Arkansas and West Virginia must be kicking themselves for not thinking of it first! As you can see there are already cookbooks out there to prepare it as well.

I have taken 'road kill' before. The key is knowing when it was killed, and how badly damaged it was at the time of death. Food is food. If a deer is killed by a hunter, is it any better to eat than one killed by a car? All depends on how it was hit. Harvesting food should not be sneered at.
