Never heard "City of New Orleans" done in German (my crappy German suggests that they only borrowed the music and none of the lyrics). Steve Goodman must be spinning in his grave.

Wow! It took me over a minute to get the English title of that song out! Anyhow, for those of you who don't know or can't remember here's Steve Goodman's version of it. Or, if you're more disposed to the popular version here's Willie Nelson & The Highwaymen.
