This mug shot has to be the product of bad lighting and camera angle as Teddy is a nick-name for Theodora. From the Greek "Theo = God" and "Dora = Gift". Hence "Gift From God".

Now come on, does she really look like someone who is capable of threatening another's life? I agree with Expat47. Bad lighting, her hair obviously out of place, the took away her pearls and apron. This is obviously June Cleaver being framed.

Ms. Cleaver just forgot to take her Dong Qui and broke out in a rash of PMS. She is certainly fugly in this mug shot...bad hair day.
