The Braincar

The Braincar is the creation of artist Olaf Mooij. He drives it around during the day, while a camera on top of the brain records videos of his travels. Then, during the night, he plays back the videos by projecting them onto the inner surface of the brain. As if the brain were dreaming... (via technabob)

The brain thing does not impress me as much as the car. That's an Oldsmobile Delta 98 if I am not mistaken and a mid 70's model guessing from the size of it. I love those cars! Look at the length of the hood, that has a huge V8 in it. Those cars drive so smooth and they will really get up and go. I had a 1976 Delta 88 when I was in my early 20s, the best car I ever had. Except of course for how much gas it used, couldn't afford to drive around the block today.

I'd be more impressed to see something like that going down the highway at night playing a porn movie.

patty, my first thought was a Ford product. The pics on the guy's site a pretty small but I thought of an LTD. Still a pretty big car. And you're so right about the Oldsmobile road yachts of the mid '70's. With a rear seat like the couch in your living room, nothing beat a well built American car for comfort.

I picked it up by the shape of the lights, very distinctive.
here is a page full of them, the '76 model anyway,
