Whose idea was it to drill the hole anyhow? And, why drill a hole in the bottom of a lake?

wow! that was a bit of a mistake. it must have been a draining experience for rescue crews. this must have really sucked for the surrounding property owners. the drill operator must have felt pretty salty aftewards. i have a sinking feeling about this comment. :cheese:
