Start with a normal bicycle. Remove the pedals and seat. Add a harness to hang in, and you've got the Fliz. More at fliz-concept.blogspot.com.

Shock absorption is achieved through the frame design being an arc. It has inherent flexibility not desired in a conventional frame.
The harness straps provide additional suspension.
