Inverse of werewolves. Bad news, full moon is once a month but the sun is out everyday. So actually a vampire type thing too.

With a working budget of $49.95, they did a fun job of making do with stock footage, editing one short take into an interminable climbing sequence and the potato sack copper tossed like a sack of ... sacks.
