The Human Beehive

It's never occurred to me to wonder if I could cover my naked body with 30,000 bees. But it occurred to this Polish beekeeper. He survived the "experiment" with only two stings. The best part of the video is when he shakes them all off at the end.

I don't get what all the media buzz is about. This is nothing new.

Many years ago I worked with a friend who was a professional beekeeper during summer break. He used to do this same thing while holding a caged queen that he had obtained to start a new hive. He would allow the insects to clump upon his arm before he shook them into the box and placed the queen inside. I never had the nerve to attempt the stunt.

BD, in the Kama Sutra getting stung is recommended. You can also use stinging nettles. I wonder what happens when the nettles irritant is transferred to a second person?
