Some thirty years ago on my first visit to France there was a car sold that was like this Midget: small, flimsy and under-powered. It was popularly known as the "Cream Cheese" because crashing the vehicle resulted in a mess that could be scraped off the pavement with a shovel.

I take enough of a chance riding my motorcycle around town. I certainly wouldn't try it in one of the Midgets.
