I remember this at our local drive-in during the early eighties.. For a minor production it had higher than usua production values, although the script was typical chop-sockey fists and feet of the era.

The youtube suggestions at the end of the final fight scene above hadthe full movie listed. YMMV.

I'd forgotten that this was a Motown Production - the late music distribution company.
