Oh, for the good old days; pre seat belt laws.
And it was usually just a $50.00 fine for drinking in a vehicle unless you were very blitzed. And the loss of your booze.

yep, back in the good old days when children were speed bumps! I have met a few people who could qualify for a job as a crash test dummy! :lol:
