Journalism at its best!

Disclaimer: I make computers do flips and twists for a living.

It looks like journalism, but it is actually a fault with the page display instructions. In this case it would be more like, "Programming at its best".

If you want to see some really good examples, I recommend the "Daily Worse Than Failure" (or Daily WTF).

I saw that but picking on programmers is like poking a kitten in a cage.

Just remember, Expat, that every cent of your money is handled by a computer somewhere, and we programmers have long memories...

BTW, you're about right with the kitten analogy: one of my bosses always said that managing programmers was akin to herding cats.

Ach, Scottie, "we programmers" have been screwing up since it took a rack of punch cards to print a list of names! I've written more endless loops, chased more bugs down dark lines of code than I car to think about. Hence, I know, all too well, how easy it is to pick on these fragile egos.
