Someone (I don't remember who) pointed out that all the health nuts are going to feel damned foolish in a few decades, dying of nothing at all.

My father, who will turn 85 this year, and who is in far better health than I am, ascribes it to "a pure mind, a clear conscience, and a lifetime of missed opportunities."

I agree, we need more Danish in our lives; the trouble is at my age prune Danish is the best option.
