Some of the comments on the story are just as funny as the story itself. "He's been grounded for 2 weeks" and "At the last fundraising dinner, he had to sit in the hall while the adults finished dessert"

Just wondering, but do these kind of idiots only grow up in America, or do they have them elsewhere and we just don't get to hear about it?
