This is another one of those instruments that aren't really good at attracting the female of the species.

But, I think we should give some researchers a few hundred thousand to study the effects of the Jew's Harp on fish.

The vibratios attract the fish. Some fisah hunt by feeling vibrations from other sea life i think, so it makes sense.
