My brother is an X-ray tech and told me about the methylene blue party trick - spike your friend's beer with it and then wait for the screaming to start from the bathroom.

When I started treatment for diabetic retinopathy, Flourescein, an orange yellow dye that glows under UV light and used to show the veins in the retina, was administered. I was told the my urine would come out a bright yellow-orange. And the guy was right.

We pulled that trick on one of the dudes on my ship the day after we pulled out of Naples. The corpsmen were in on it, too.

Try eating fresh beets and beet tops.... Seriously RED!
