Vermontasaurus

Vermontasaurus, that is what people are calling the huge scrap wood sculpture Brian Boland built on a whim. At least those who like it anyway. Others want it torn down and state and local government entities want him to pay for a bunch of permits. Don't know how long it'll be there so enjoy this glimpse of the oddity brought to us by danny53. Thanks Dan.

We subsidize a cross in a jar of piss because it's art but this, obviously, isn't.

Thanks, Patty. It is art, and I hope it lasts somehow. And, actually, Freddie, you hit the mark. When I was 7-8, that was my favorite book. Saw a copy in my dentist's office last month, and was tempted, just for old times sake, of course. But the kids in the room probably would've looked funny at the old man reading at the kid's station. 🙄

I quite like it. I wonder if it's big enough so that you could hollow out the body and live in it? I've move in... send all my mail to 1 Vermontasaurus Lane

This is a large wooden goose in Trento, Italy. It IS considered art but, of course, it isn't a dinosaur.

The goose is uber cool. Good thing it won't be fertilizing the lawn.
