Where is my flying car?

Watching the ad makes me want this even more. "Urban Aeronautics" of Israel promised a prototype during 2009. But I bet you can think of many more creative uses than they advertise.

Who can post the most creative use?

(Alfred Hitchcock used a helicopter to spy on "sun" bathers in the beginning of "Rear Window"!!)

If these are allowed the FAA will have the power to write traffic tickets. Most people will not want one once they learn that a wreckless driving ticket costs them $50,000.

But ya know ... the things are about in the range of a private helicopter pricewise and probably market-wise. Something like this as a utility vehicle on a ranch or large rural or desert area would make a lot of sense. VTOL into small clearings or other flat surfaces, less space required than a chopper, fun to fly I'd bet! Ahhnahhld would have one in a week, but so would a bunch of ranchers in Australia and bush pilots in Alaska. And the Arab states? They'll be making limos in no time. Winnebagos.
