Whiskey Toothpaste

Invented by fresh-out-of-college entrepreneur Don Poynter in 1954, who laughed all the way to the bank since the stuff proceeded to become the best-selling novelty item of the 1950s and 60s, despite the efforts of some states to ban it. But eventually the market was flooded by imitators, at which point Poynter branched out into crossword-puzzle toilet paper and trick lighters, and continued to make oodles of money. What a great idea! People love booze! Although I could see it causing some confusion. Why no, Mr. policeman, I have not been drinking Irish coffee this morning. I just brushed my teeth!

Ex-Reverend Perkins has it wrong, as do many who believe that one "wicked" substance leads to another.

I believe that George Carlin was the only person who had it correct when he observed that mother's milk leads to heroin. Therefore, mother's milk needs to be banned and all addiction problems will vanish.

A reverand was ranting about the evil of whiskey.
He placed a glass of water and a glass of whiskey in front of him and dropped a worm into both.
The worm in the whiskey died and the worm in the water was still wiggling.
"WHAT" said the reverand "Does this prove?"

A voice from the back said "If you drink whiskey, you don't get worms!" :coolhmm:

Whiskey is my favorite liquor. I really like Crown Royal XR and Tangle Ridge. I have a bottle of both I'm still emptying. Anyone want to come help finish them off ?

If/When the devil temps me I'll hit some Ouzo or Jose. Usta do Dickles but he's harder'n chicken's teeth to find around here.

You know, if Mr. Poynter would have built a mousetrap he could have taken Bill Gates' spot on the list.
