The key is finding a way past disagreements. Not necessarily agreeing but get around the differences. No two people will agree on everything all the time. When people stopped understanding that divorce rates skyrocketed. Now a days it seems that when the romance fades, as it always does to some degree, people just give up and move on. You have to allow for that change, from total romance to comfortable companionship. It is not possible to maintain the same level of intensity forever. Just my opinion, and it does not apply in all cases of course. Some people should not stay together. But lots do not try either. 22 years in February for us, and it has not been all peaches and roses, but he puts up with my crap and I endure his. Perfect match! :cheese:
