Everybody knows you have to fight crime with logos. Look at superheroes. They all have awesome logos and they kick ass.

Little Help on the Logo I couldn't see the difference. But I did spot Waldo.

1) Color added. This is to show they are more racially sensitive.
2) The shield is larger, so as to inscribe the inner circle. This shows how they have improved their protection.
3) There are four white marks at the base of the crown. This shows they have improved their fundamental values.
4) The emblem to the left of the lion on the shield is flipped. This shows how they are reversing the previous bad trend in crime.
Clearly this modification of the logo will improve their department in many ways. Who needs two additional police officers when such a logo is available to deter crime in the first place!

As Caff Katie says, a superhero without a logo is just a guy or gal in long underwear.

But it seems the Norfolk Constabulary already had a logo, but decided to spend their money on minute changes in the logo instead of hiring a new full-time officer. So the relevant question is, what is in this logo that will enhance their super crime-fighting powers? I'm sorry, I can't tell you that, it's top-secret.
