Detroit Popsicle - They call them Moscow Snowflakes (in Moscow, obviously) due to the commonality (commonness?) of the problem.

I feel very badly for the popsicle guy. Wasn't dressed like he was homeless. Supposedly down there for a month or so...and no one reported him missing? That's just terribly sad. Not without a morbid bit of humor, but sad nonetheless.
