No Good Deed Goes Unpunished

So an Israeli woman buys her mother a new mattress as a suprise. What a wonderful daughter, right? She then throws out the old matress only to discover that her elderly mother was using it as a piggy bank. Mom's life savings, one million dollars, was inside the old mattress. I guess that's why it was so lumpy. As the trash had already been taken away, the saga continues with the family digging in several landfills.
